These Terms & Conditions govern your relationship with readlead.co (hereinafter referred to as “The Service”) operated by Readlead (hereinafter referred to as “us,” “we,” or “our”).

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Service. Your access to and use of the Service are conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, users, and any others who access or use the Service, either directly or indirectly.

By accessing readlead.co or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you may not access the Service or any part of it.

Refund Policy

Readlead will issue a refund for your plan if you cancel and request it within 48 hours of the invoice date. To request a refund, please follow these steps:

• Send an email with your request to support@readlead.nl.
• Specify the email address associated with your subscription.

Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (e.g., monthly or annually), depending on the type of subscription plan selected when purchasing the Subscription.

By purchasing a Subscription, you authorize [company] to charge the applicable subscription fees to your chosen payment method. You must ensure that a valid and up-to-date payment method is used and maintained. Failure to provide or update a valid payment method may result in the termination of your access to the Service.

Subscription payments are non-refundable, except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy.

Your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or [company] cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal through your online account management page prior to the renewal date.

Free Trial

Readlead may, at its sole discretion, offer a free trial period for new users (“Free Trial”). The Free Trial will provide temporary access to the Service and its features for a limited period. During this trial period, users will not be charged. However, the Free Trial will automatically end after 7 days, after which access to the Service will be restricted.

Upon the conclusion of the Free Trial, any products or data created during the trial will be automatically deleted. Additionally, the trial account, as well as any associated accounts, will be deleted. Users will not be charged unless they opt for a subscription plan before the end of the Free Trial period.

To continue using the Service after the Free Trial, users must select a subscription plan and provide payment information.

Intellectual Property

The Service, along with its original content (excluding content submitted by users to facilitate use of the Service), features, and functionalities, remains the exclusive property of Readlead. The Service is protected by copyright, intellectual property laws, and other applicable laws of Australia, Europe (The Netherlands), and other foreign jurisdictions. Our intellectual property may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Readlead.

Accounts

Subscribers and its associated users are responsible for ensuring that any information provided during registration or use of the Service is truthful, current, and accurate. Failure to maintain accurate information may result in the suspension or termination of the account. Users must safeguard their account credentials and not disclose them to others. Any unauthorized access or security breach must be reported to Readlead immediately.

Users must not use a username, email, or any account details that they are not authorized to use, or that are offensive, infringing, or violate any rights, such as trademarks or names belonging to others.

Fee Changes

Readlead reserves the right to modify the subscription fees for the Service at any time. Any changes to the fees will be effective at the start of the next billing cycle. Readlead will provide reasonable prior notice of any fee changes, allowing you the opportunity to cancel your Subscription before the changes come into effect.

By continuing to use the Service after the new fees take effect, you agree to pay the updated subscription amount.

Products

Subscribers and its associated users are only permitted to create and manage products using names or company names with which they are directly associated. Custom URLs must not use generic names that could interfere with the enjoyment or access of other clients. Each custom URL must include a unique identifier. If this requirement is not met, Readlead reserves the right to delete or modify the product at its discretion.

Products must not be used to violate any laws or to intimidate, bully, or harass others. Users must ensure that all content within the product is owned by them or that they have the necessary rights to use it. Additionally, subscribers and its associated users are prohibited from incorporating Readlead's name, content, or intellectual property, including trademarks, in their product or custom URLs.

Content & Product Information

Readlead allows users to submit content, including files, pictures, text, and other materials, as necessary for the provision of the Service. Users are responsible for ensuring that the content they submit is lawful, appropriate, and does not infringe the rights of others. By submitting content, users grant Readlead the right to perform, modify, develop, publicly display, and distribute the content as required to provide the Service. This includes making content available to other users when necessary for the functionality and operation of the Service.

Users confirm that the content submitted is owned by them or that they possess the necessary rights to use it and grant Readlead the rights described above. The content must not violate or infringe on any intellectual property rights, copyrights, publicity rights, contract rights, or any other rights of third parties.

Content must not contain personal identifiers such as names, phone numbers or email addresses unless explicitly permitted under the Service’s policies.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Readlead, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

(i) Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Service;

Links to Other (External) Sites

(ii) Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;

(iii) Any content obtained from the Service;

(iv) Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

These limitations apply whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, and even if Readlead has been advised of the possibility of such damages or if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed its essential purpose.

Disclaimer

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain types of damages, so some or all of these limitations may not apply to you.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Readlead, Readlead has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Readlead shall not be held responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any third-party sites.

Governing Law

We recommend that you read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Readlead makes no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

Readlead does not warrant that:

(i) The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location;

(ii) Any errors or defects will be corrected;

(iii) The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components;

(iv) The results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes

Readlead reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use the Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Service.
