To avoid this, make sure you take full advantage of the free trial. If you are unhappy with Readlead you can easily unsubscribe through your Customer Portal and delete your account. Refunds are only accepted if you requested it within 2 days of the invoice date. Read the Terms & Conditions here.

The user only sees your company name. If you invite readers they will also see your name. In Readlead, we stick to your company name to protect the privacy of recruiters and their safety.

You can either upgrade your subscription or e-mail us with your request for a custom subscription. Do note that this only applies if you need more than 1000 links per year.

Every subscriber has a Help Centre directly in their dashboard. You can access all articles (with pictures) to perform actions quickly. But we also provide hands-on support to make minor edits to your content.
