We retain user data for as long as it is necessary to provide the Service. Data deletion requests result in immediate and permanent deletion of products created and accounts associated with the Service. This deletion process ensures complete removal from all systems, servers, and backups.

We do not retain deleted data except for payment-related data, which may be retained for legal and tax compliance purposes. Users should contact third-party providers directly regarding their data retention and deletion practices, as Readlead can only guarantee deletion of data within our direct control.
